Dara Morgenstern
Dara Morgenstern is an artist from Los Angeles, currently based in Boston. Her work investigates the magical potential of illusory pictorial space through paintings, drawings, and site-specific installations. She holds an MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and a BFA from ArtCenter College of Design. Her work has been exhibited in the United States and internationally. In 2023 she was awarded the Natalie Taft Grant for Painting by the St. Botolph Club Foundation. Prior to shifting the primary focus of her creative practice toward painting, she spent over a decade as an art director and graphic designer.
