Design and print a poster using traditional letterpress techniques. This hands-on course teaches the basics of letterpress printing. Learn how to set type and how to operate the four presses. A variety of techniques will be shown and ample class time will be provided to have fun and explore what the letterpress studio has to offer. At the end of the workshop, students will have a small edition of 12” x 18” posters.
Topics include typography, page layout, and color
This class meets in person on campus.
