This course includes an introduction to the laws of linear perspective, an exploration of how three-dimensional reality is depicted on a two-dimensional surface. Additional course content includes tools of the trade, various techniques for producing technical illustrations, informational art and instructional illustrations in sequential series. Note: This is not a beginning illustration course. If you are not a MassArt students, you should have basic illustration skills or junior level experience or permission of instructor.

Students not enrolled in MassArt may enroll in this class and should have the experience of students entering their junior year of art school.
